METHOD OF ENTERING AND EXITING THE PARKING:
The customer on arrival at the car park must collect a ticket/token . Upon return, the customer must contact the operator at the box office, or the 24-hour control room via the intercom located inside the exit and automatic cash machines, indicating the booking details on the voucher. The operator will proceed to validate the booking and allow the customer to exit the car park.
The staff may not be physically present at the car park. in case of need or for any problem please contact an operator of the control room active every day h 24 at the following number: +390815542253; if he/she does not answer on the first attempt, call back.
IMPORTANT: if the parking time exceeds the period paid, you must go to the automatic cash machine to pay the difference with the support of the remote operator contactable via intercom on the automatic cash machine before going to the exit barriers. you do not have to pay the full amount, but only the difference.
THIS VOUCHER IS ONLY VALID FOR ONE ENTRY AND ONE EXIT FROM THE CAR PARK AND CAN ONLY BE USED ON THE DATES AND TIMES STATED ON THE BOOKING VOUCHER.

Thank goodness we found an employee in the actual carpark to help us! The instructions were a little complicated as the intercom linked us to another member of staff that spoke only Italian extremely fast!!
