Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 10 minutes

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

Additional info

The free airport shuttle may take up to 4 people. If there’s more than 4 people in the vehicle, you’ll have to leave the passengers in the terminal before going to NG Park to park your car. On your return, if the number of people is more than there are available spaces in the shuttle, it will only take the driver of the parked car. Normally, the customer will have to wait around 10 minutes for the shuttle to return. At this car park, you must leave your car keys with us.
