Instructions

Before your journey

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 15 minutes

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

Additional info

ON ARRIVAL: After validating your reservation with car park staff, you will take the next shuttle bus. The shuttle will drop you off at the terminal departure gate. ON YOUR RETURN: Once you have retrieved your baggage, call the (free) number displayed in your reservation to arrange for the shuttle to pick you up and schedule the meeting place.

Extra services (not included in the price)

The shuttle bus is free for 4 people, from the 4th person onwards a surcharge of 5 euros applies. A supplement of 10 euros will be charged for all arrivals and departures between 20:00 and 07:00 and on public holidays. If your van is bigger than 5M you will have to pay a supplement. For any delay of more than 1 hour regarding your arrival time at the car park, an additional charge of 10€ will be requested.
