Before your journey

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 15 minutes

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

Additional info

ON ARRIVAL: After validating your reservation with car park staff, you will take the next shuttle bus. The shuttle will drop you off at the terminal departure gate. ON YOUR RETURN: Once you have retrieved your baggage, call the (free) number displayed in your reservation to arrange for the shuttle to pick you up and schedule the meeting place.

LATE ARRIVAL SURCHARGE: For any delay exceeding 30 MIN, a surcharge of €10.00 applies for failure to respect your arrival time at the parking, then €5 per additional 30-minute period.
