You can modify/cancel the dates of your reservation up to 1 hour before the arrival time.
Arrive 20 minutes before the time you indicated when making your reservation. Ring the intercom or call the car park at the number you will have received by SMS on the day of your departure. Park in front of the reception, a driver will park your vehicle for you. Plan and anticipate enough time to park your car, take the shuttle and get to the airport. We advise you to arrive at the car park at least 2 hours before the start of the check-in of your luggage at the airport.
Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 15 minutes
Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.
Upon your return, you’ll receive an SMS with the phone number to call to request pick-up. If your flight is delayed, call the car park or send an email.
For vehicles other than city cars (e.g. Vito, Traffic, Expert, large 4x4s, SUVs, vans, etc.) the car park may refuse access if the reservation was made for a city car and not an outsize vehicle.

Parking très sale et mal entretenu d'où la voiture couverte d'éclaboussure (un bref lavage a été fait quand même il faut le reconnaître). Véhicule de transfert en très mauvais état, limite dangereux, et très sale à l'intérieur. Bref, je ne recommande pas
Polonais parle pas français ne dit pas bonjour parking délabré et voiture récuperer abimée
Endroit insalubre géré par 2 personnes d'origine des pays de l'est, non scrupuleuses, pas très correctes, très impolies. Il n'y a qu'une navette qui met 20 minutes. Très éloignée de l'aéroport et dépose au T4 seulement. Fourgon très sale non sécurisé.
