Before your journey

After completing your booking with Parclick, you must call the car park to reserve a space on the bus which will take you from the car park to the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 5 minutes

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

Additional info

The shuttle to the airport is free for 3 people. From 4 people upwards, passengers have to pay 5€ each for each journey at the parking. WARNING: The shuttle service operates from 3:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Outside these hours, an additional fee of €30 applies for a special shuttle service. This applies to all flights landing at 11:30 PM or later.

€10 surcharge for arriving/returning at the parking lot on a Saturday or Sunday, €10 surcharge for arriving/returning at the parking lot on a public holiday, €10 surcharge for arriving/returning at the parking lot between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., Free shuttle for up to 3 people, then €10 charged per additional person, Surcharge for oversized vehicles calculated on-site, Surcharge for numerous or bulky luggage: €10 per item, A €5 surcharge per journey applies for drop-off at any terminal other than Terminal 1 (CDG VAL) — the shuttle to Terminal 1 is free and included.
