Before your journey

The customer must arrive between 30 and 45 minutes before the airport check-in opens.

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 15 minutes

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

On your return journey, you must pass the customer service booth to get instructions.

Extra services (not included in the price)

The free airport shuttle may take up to 4 people (after the 5th person it is €5 per passenger). It is possible to come and go between 9pm and 7am by paying a €10 surcharge (to be paid in the car park). If you arrive on a holiday, you must pay a fee of 10€ to the car park. If you are delayed, an additional day of 10 euros will be charged. For vehicles such as vans, 4x4s, etc., a supplement will be charged (calculated on site according to the size of the vehicle).
