The INDIGO Porte des Lilas car park is located in Paris' district 20. This neighbourhood is one of the eastern entrances to the city, 5 minutes away from the A3 motorway. An ideal option if you want to park the vehicle and access the city centre avoiding jams, since it is perfectly connected in terms of public transport: 7 minutes' walk from the metro, running on lines M3bis and M11, various bus lines and the T3b light rail station. This tramway will take us to Porte de Patin in less than 10 minutes, where we can find Parc de la Villette, el Zenith, la Cité de la Musique, and many buildings which suppose an attraction for those interested in monuments, culture and leisure. Very nearby we can find Porte de Bagnolet, and in about 20 minutes in car we have the Paris-Le Bourget general aviation airport. The Porte des Lilas car park has a 24-hour reception and offers luggage storage and an electric car charger.

AT ARRIVAL: When you arrive at the parking, stop in front of the barrier. Wait 5 seconds and your licence plate will be automatically recognised by the reader. The barrier will open without you having to do anything. If the reader does not recognise your licence plate, take a ticket to enter the car park and, when you leave, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier gate.
ON EXIT: Stop in front of the barrier. The licence plate reader will recognise your vehicle in the same way as when you arrived at the car park, without you having to do anything. If the plate reader does not recognise your vehicle, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Use the access code indicated on your Parclick reservation voucher. If the car park does not have a pedestrian access keypad, use the intercom at the pedestrian access door.
WARNING: You can access the car park up to one hour before the time of your reservation. If you attempt to access the car park outside of this one-hour timeframe, the barrier will not open. However, please be aware that any extra time will be charged, whether you arrive earlier or leave later than the time stated on your booking, depending on the local rates that the car park operates at that time. In these cases, you will receive a receipt for the extra time at the end of your booking.
PARKING SPACE NOT GUARANTEED AT THIS CAR PARK. There is no priority entry, and you may need to queue or wait if the car park is full.
