ON ARRIVAL: 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport, call the telephone number given in your booking to arrange your arrival time. The meeting point will be the drop-off points in terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4. Once at the agreed meeting point, tell the valet the number of your Parclick reservation. The valet will carry out a brief inspection of the vehicle before asking you for the keys to your vehicle in order to take it to the car park for you. ON YOUR RETURN: 20 minutes before you leave the airport, call the telephone number given in your booking to arrange for the valet to bring your vehicle back to you. The meeting point will be the drop-off points in terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Extra services (not included in the price)

A night charge of €10 must be paid on site for all arrivals and departures between 9pm and midnight and between 4am and 7am. Exterior/interior washing: €45 Electricity charge: €50 In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes, a charge of €10 will be payable on site. A supplement for oversized vehicles of between €25 and €50 will be charged on site depending on the size of your vehicle. - 10 euros supplement for sundays/public holidays Any change to the return date requiring an extra day will result in a charge of 50 euros per day, payable in cash or by credit card, and an invoice will be drawn up. In the event of the vehicle breaking down due to insufficient fuel or electricity during the service, our car park cannot be held responsible and the customer undertakes to pay all costs inherent in this incident. In the event of theft of a car at the car park, the car park declines all responsibility and the customer must lodge a complaint with the police and declare the theft to their own insurance company. The car park declines all responsibility in the event of damage caused by events such as storms and any other damage linked to natural causes, whether exceptional or not. The customer authorises the car park, for the purposes of managing the parking spaces, to park the vehicle and move it if necessary. Customers are required to remove their electronic toll and not to leave valuables in the cars.
