"Upon your arrival 1. On the day of your reservation, go to the parking entrance and take a ticket from the machine. 2. Then go to the parking reception with: -your reservation voucher (printed or on your phone), -the entry ticket you just took. 3. The parking staff will give you a pre-encoded ticket corresponding to your reservation. Without a reservation confirmation, you will be considered an hourly customer and will have to pay your parking directly at the car park. You can then submit a claim with proof to request a possible refund of the double payment. During your stay Keep the pre-encoded ticket given at reception carefully, as you will need it to exit the car park. Upon your return 1. Go directly to your vehicle. 2. At the exit, insert the pre-encoded ticket into the machine. 3. If you have exceeded the reserved time, pay the additional fee directly at the exit machine or at the automatic cashier."
