If the plate reader does not recognise your vehicle, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier.

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Use the access code indicated on your Parclick reservation voucher. If the car park does not have a pedestrian access keypad, use the intercom at the pedestrian access door.

WARNING: You can access the car park up to one hour before the time of your reservation. If you attempt to access the car park outside of this one-hour timeframe, the barrier will not open.
