Before your journey
Call the car park approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once the booking is made.
During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you.
On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.
After your journey
Call the car park to request the return of your car. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

The driver sends the client a text message the day before departure with all the instructions for arriving at the car park, including the address and access details. ON YOUR ARRIVAL: 30 minutes before you arrive, call the free phone number given in your booking to let the car park know the exact time of your arrival. Go directly to the meeting point set by the valet. Park your vehicle according to the agent's instructions. A check of the vehicle and the booking documents will be carried out. Hand your keys to the valet, who will drive your vehicle to the secure car park. ON YOUR RETURN: The return procedure will be explained to the client in detail by the driver during the journey. The client simply needs to wait for the driver's call on arrival and does not need to call the office or resend their return flight number. The car park already has all the necessary information about the booking, and the driver also checks the return flight details on the outbound journey. Once the plane has landed, the driver calls the client to pick them up at the drop-off point. The driver then takes them back to the car park, where the client can collect their vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: Beyond 30 minutes' delay in returning the vehicle, penalties will apply: €20 plus €10 for each additional hour.
