ON ARRIVAL: Go to the control room with your Parclick reservation. There our staff will check your reservation using the locator and give you the ticket to access the parking lot.
TO EXIT: Use the card/command given to you by the staff.
IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRIES AND EXITS: use the multi-entry card/command given to you by the staff.
IF YOUR ACCESS TIME IS BETWEEN 01:00 AND 07:00: Use the intercom located at the cash dispenser or at the exit barrier to contact our Remote Assistance Centre and follow the same process described above.

We were staying for 2 days with an option of unlimited enter+exit. Our card was not working properly though so every time we wanted to leave or enter we had to call the staff which was delaying us on our program. The staff was helpful though.
