TWO HOURS BEFORE LEAVING: You will receive an SMS with the phone number of the person who will collect your vehicle in the terminal. You will have to call them 15 minutes before the planned pick-up time.

During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you.

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

After your journey

1 hour before your return: you will receive an SMS with the telephone number of your valet to confirm your arrival as soon as you have collected your baggage. He will be waiting with your vehicle at the drop-off point in your arrival terminal, ready to set off again.

If you return in the evening and your flight is delayed, get in touch with the car park as soon as possible by calling +33 9 78 46 00 14. On the day of your arrival, a valet equipped with a mask will be waiting for you to collect your vehicle, respecting at all times the safety distance as decreed by the health authorities. Leave the ticket you picked up at the entrance in a visible place on the windshield. With some exceptions, we will not take care of your luggage. On the day of your return, the valet will clean and disinfect all the points of contact of your vehicle: steering wheel, indicators, gear lever, dashboard, safety belt and keys, which will be left on the driver's seat.
