When is parking free in Toulouse?

What to see in Toulouse? 

The Capitol:

This is one of the main buildings in Toulouse. It has been, since its construction, one of the important points of the French power. It now houses several reception rooms, an opera house and the town hall. It is a place very rich in culture. You can learn about the history of the city of Toulouse by admiring its many painted ceilings and walls. As you climb the stairs, you can admire works by Paul Gervais, sculpted busts of Toulouse personalities and ten paintings by Henri Martin. The Basilica of Saint-Sernin:

It is the largest Romanesque church in France. Built between the 11th and 14th century, it has a 21 metre high nave and several medieval frescoes that tell its story. The Basilica of Saint-Sernin is a crossroads on one of the paths leading to Santiago de Compostela and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
