Before your journey

ON YOUR ARRIVAL: Follow the signs to leave your car in the check-in area. Passengers with luggage can go to the shuttle, while the person who made the booking can go to reception. There show your Parclick reservation and an identification document. After check-in, follow the staff who will accompany you to the shuttle, load your luggage and take you to the airport in a few minutes.

After completing your booking with Parclick, you must call the car park to reserve a space on the bus which will take you from the car park to the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 5 minutes

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

On your return journey, you must pass the customer service booth to get instructions.

ON YOUR RETURN: After collecting your luggage, contact the number indicated on your booking: the staff will direct you to the meeting point where the shuttle will pick you up shortly. When you arrive at the car park, you will be given the keys to your car.
