Important historic garden

One of the most famous public gardens of Seville internationally, without a doubt, is the well-known María Luisa Park. It is an important historical garden that in 1983 was declared an asset of Cultural Interest. Today it is one of the most visited points of interest in Andalusia.

The María Luisa Park was opened in 1914. These gardens were part of the San Telmo Palace, but Princess María Luisa Fernanda de Borbón donated them to the city of Seville in 1893 so that this prestigious public park could be built. Hence its name.

During the celebration of the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929, both the Plaza de España and Plaza de América were built in the park itself. In the first is the famous square of benches with the names of all the Spanish provinces engraved on the tiles.

If you are going to explore Seville, you will not be able to resist visiting the María Luisa Park and its tremendous splendour. To do it calmly and without haste, you can book parking with Parclick through the Parclick online application.
