Before your journey
When you arrive at the car park, to enter, entry.method.ticket
If this ticket shows the wrong number plate, you will have to go to the office with your Parclick reservation after having parked. This pass is only valid for parking on levels 1, 2 , 3 and 5.
After your journey
Go to the control booth (or ATM) to validate the ticket that you got at the entrance. Location of the customer service booth: on level 4, by the Parking VIP exit. Only in case you have exceeded the time of your booking you will have to cover the difference in price in the car park. Then, drive towards the exit with your vehicle and use this ticket to open the barrier.

I had problems getting out of the car park, my ticket when entered into the machine said I had to pay 64,20 ?? I went to the reception and showed the man my booking via my parclick app he replied this is not valid here ??
