UPON YOUR ARRIVAL: You’ll receive an SMS two hours before with the phone number of the person who will pick up your car at the station. Call the valet approximately 15 minutes before arriving at the station. The number you should call is the one mentioned in the SMS you received. During the call, the valet will confirm the meeting point with you. VEHICLE COLLECTION: The entrance to the P3 car park is located at 1127 Pont du Guit (at the foot of Pont du Guit at the end of Rue d'Armagnac). Under the Guit bridge, enter P3 and follow signs for the premium drop-off zone. Stay in the left lane and continue until the barrier. Take a ticket and park immediately on the left. Your valet will be waiting for you, wearing a blue jacket. If you have an electronic toll pass, remove it to prevent it from being detected by the car park and being charged again. UPON YOUR RETURN: 1 hour before your return: you will receive an SMS with the telephone number of your valet to confirm your arrival as soon as you have collected your baggage. He will be waiting with your vehicle at the drop-off point in your arrival terminal, ready to set off again. Blue Valet has established a sanitary protocol to guarantee its users a completely safe service. On the day of your arrival, a valet equipped with a mask will be waiting for you to collect your vehicle, respecting at all times the safety distance as decreed by the health authorities. When you arrive at the depot, collect your ticket, indicate your assigned valet and leave the keys of the vehicle on the driver's seat. Leave the ticket you picked up at the entrance in a visible place on the windshield. With some exceptions, we will not take care of your luggage. On the day of your return, the valet will clean and disinfect all the points of contact of your vehicle: steering wheel, indicators, gear lever, dashboard, safety belt and keys, which will be left on the driver's seat. To ensure your safety and that of our drivers, we ask that you wear a mask and respect the safety distance, without shaking hands with the valet. On your return, you will find disinfectant wipes inside the vehicle to disinfect your hands.
