ON YOUR EXIT: Once you've entered, you will be presented with the button to open the exit and pedestrian gates. The process is the same as for the entrance. You will have an additional 15 minutes at the end of your booking to leave the car park.
If you exceed the reserved time and the extra 15 minutes, you will have to pay the additional amount through the app or the link that you’ll find in your booking. Remember to do this before heading towards the exit, to avoid queues.

J'ai consulté plusieurs de vos parking sur Bruxelles, il y avais pas mal de mécontentement et de casse vitre des véhicules dans le parking. Ce qui m'a plus est que j'ai trouvé ma voiture en bon etat.

Es wäre hilfreich gewesen zu wissen, dass das Parkhaus bei der Einfahrt/Ausfahrt eine Schwelle hat. Wir haben ein ‘normales’ Auto, und sind extrem langsam rein- bzw. ausgefahren und haben beide Male leicht aufgesetzt.
