ON YOUR EXIT: Once you've entered, you will be presented with the button to open the exit and pedestrian gates. The process is the same as for the entrance. You will have an additional 15 minutes at the end of your booking to leave the car park.
If you exceed the reserved time and the extra 15 minutes, you will have to pay the additional amount through the app or the link that you’ll find in your booking. Remember to do this before heading towards the exit, to avoid queues.

après ma réservation (internet)avec un code, quand nous arrivons au parking la porte est close , besoin d'une carte.... appel urgence sans réponse ! heureusement un usager a ouvert la porte au bout de 15mn ! Le hall accueil très sale, déchets,odeurs..

Parking sans aucune sécurité, sombre, sale, des gens dorment dans le parking. Je n’irai plus jamais. J’étais avec mes enfants et ma femme, je n’étais pas à l’aise. Il y avait un sans domicile fixe qui se lavait au milieu du parking! Je regrette!!!!
