If you exceed the reserved time and the extra 15 minutes, you will have to pay the additional amount through the app or the link that you’ll find in your booking. Remember to do this before heading towards the exit, to avoid queues.

Mon lien ne m’a pas permis d’ouvrir la porte du parking. J’ai dû appeler le service en arrivant mais également pour le départ. Aucun code d’accès piéton pour rentrer dans le parking non plus. Mais la personne au téléphone était compétente .
