ON ARRIVAL: In the app or through the link in your booking, use the provided button to open the entrance. Before activating the button, make sure you are in front of the correct entrance.
ON YOUR EXIT: Once you've entered, you will be presented with the button to open the exit and pedestrian gates. The process is the same as for the entrance. You will have an additional 15 minutes at the end of your booking to leave the car park.
If you exceed the reserved time and the extra 15 minutes, you will have to pay the additional amount through the app or the link that you’ll find in your booking. Remember to do this before heading towards the exit, to avoid queues.

There was no staff, so hard to comment on that. Facilities were okay, but not very clean compared to the inter parking next-door that charges half the price.

Die Parkplätze sind für große Autos wie unseren Tourneo Custom recht eng. Kein WLAN an der Ausfahrschranke. Alleine kann man ihre App dort nicht betätigen. Ich habe von außen das Tor aufgemacht während mein Mann unten im Auto saß und dann sofort ausfahren
