we had no instructions how to gain access to the garage. We were parking in the historic section of Florence Italy. The small access area caused us to create a traffic jam while trying to get someone to open the door. It was very unpleasant.

This parking is located within Florence's ZTL, which is active year-round on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
In addition, from April to late October, the summer night ZTL is also active, running from 8:00 PM on Thursday to 11:00 PM on Friday, from 11:00 PM on Friday to 3:00 AM on Saturday, and from 11:00 PM on Saturday to 3:00 AM on Sunday. The ZTL fee is 2€ per entry, paid directly at the parking lot.
Petrol Euro 1 and diesel Euro 2 vehicles CANNOT access this parking as it is located within the ZTL.

ARRIVAL: Enter the car park. Present your Parclick booking to the staff. Follow the staff's instructions. The staff will provide you with a ticket // card // remote for your entry and exit from the car park.
TO EXIT: Use the ticket the staff gave you. Go to the control room. The staff will give you the keys and tell you where to collect your vehicle.

Accueil par le personnel assez désagréable tant à la dépose qu'au départ (pas bonjour ni merci...). Ils regardent la réservation sans un mot ni un regard et prennent les clés.

Anfahrt mit dem Navi sehr schwierig und auch über Google Maps konnten wir die Parkgarage nur im zweiten Anlauf nach 30 Minuten Irrfahrt durch die Gassen von Florenz finden. Sehr eng, da nur zwei Autos nebeneinander passen und vielleicht 5-6 in der Tiefe.
