This parking is located within Florence's ZTL, which is active year-round on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
In addition, from April to late October, the summer night ZTL is also active, running from 8:00 PM on Thursday to 11:00 PM on Friday, from 11:00 PM on Friday to 3:00 AM on Saturday, and from 11:00 PM on Saturday to 3:00 AM on Sunday. The ZTL fee is 1€ per entry, paid directly at the parking lot.Petrol Euro 1 and diesel Euro 2 vehicles CANNOT access this parking as it is located within the ZTL.
These rates are for medium sized vehicles (L < 4,20 m). Large cars, like minivans and SUVs, will have to pay an extra charge directly to the car park.

Car park in the historic center of Florence, which can be easily accessed from State Highway SS67, Via Santa Caterina d’Alessandria, Via Nazionale, Via Panzani and the Via delle Belle Donne, until reaching the Via dei Fossi, where you’ll find the Garage Centrale car park. The Garage Centrale car park is the best option if you want to park close to the Santa Maria Novella Station, the main train station in Florence, for it’s only 500 meters from the Garage Centrale car park.
Around the car park, you’ll also find the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. Just 10 minutes walking from the Garage Centrale car park, there are various tourist attractions in the historic center of Florence, including the Strozzi Palace, Plaza della Repubblica, Basilica of San Lorenzo with the Medicea Laurenziana Library, Ponte Vecchio, Plaza della Signoria, where the Vecchio Palace and the Loggia dei Lanzi are located, as well as the prestigious Uffizi Gallery. The Garage Centrale car park is a great option if you want to park close to the Florence Duomo, for it’s right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Campanile de Giotto, Baptisterio de San Giovanni and the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, located less than 10 minutes away on foot.
The Garage Centrale car park, a few steps from the Ognissanti Church, is also located near the Arno River, which you can cross using the Puente alla Carraia. From there, you can easily visit the Oltrarno area walking, with the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine, where you’ll find the Brancacci Chapel, Church of Santo Spirito, Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens and the Belvedere Fort. Near the Garage Centrale car park, you’ll also find the Rucellai Palace, where bus stops 6 and 11 are located.
