ARRIVAL: scan the QR code inside the booking confirmation voucher at the entrance column reader. Take the ticket that the system will generate and keep it until the end of the parking period. It must also be used as a door opener for pedestrian entrances and exits. Park in any free parking space.

IF THERE IS NO STAFF: contact an operator in the daily H24 control room at: +390815542253. If no one answers, try a second time.

TO EXIT: Use the ticket you collected at the entrance and scan it at the reader in the exit gates. In case the exit barrier does not open, you can scan the QR code on your booking confirmation voucher. THIS VOUCHER IS ONLY VALID FOR ONE ENTRY AND ONE EXIT FROM THE CAR PARK AND CAN ONLY BE USED ON THE DATES AND TIMES STATED ON THE BOOKING VOUCHER.
