AT ARRIVAL: When you arrive at the parking, stop in front of the barrier. Wait 5 seconds and your licence plate will be automatically recognised by the reader. The barrier will open without you having to do anything. If the reader does not recognise your licence plate, take a ticket to enter the car park and, when you leave, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier gate.

ON EXIT: Stop in front of the barrier. The licence plate reader will recognise your vehicle in the same way as when you arrived at the car park, without you having to do anything. If the plate reader does not recognise your vehicle, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier.

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Use the access code indicated on your Parclick reservation voucher. If the car park does not have a pedestrian access keypad, use the intercom at the pedestrian access door.

WARNING: You can access the car park up to one hour before the time of your reservation. If you attempt to access the car park outside of this one-hour timeframe, the barrier will not open. However, please be aware that any extra time will be charged, whether you arrive earlier or leave later than the time stated on your booking, depending on the local rates that the car park operates at that time. In these cases, you will receive a receipt for the extra time at the end of your booking.

- Signalisations pour sortir en voiture du parking pas très claires. - Stationnement facile et nombreuses places disponibles. - Je ne sais pas s'il y en avait mais j'aurais apprécié qu'il y ait des toilettes. Globalement, bonne expérience.

Sur le site c'est indiqué la hauteur 1m90 mais à l'intérieur c'est moins, heureusement il y avait l'agent de sécurité qui m'a orienté vers la zone rouge où c'est possible de se garer. Sinon tout le reste c'est parfait
