How does it work? It's very simple! 30 minutes before your arrival, call the phone number provided in your reservation to inform our team of the exact moment you'll be at the parking facility.
Upon your arrival, once your reservation is validated by the staff, board a shuttle immediately, dropping you directly at the departure gate of the terminal.
Upon your return, after retrieving your luggage, simply dial the number in your reservation. A shuttle will be at the departure gate of the terminal or at the agreed-upon location during the call, ready to take you back to your vehicle. It's as simple as that!

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: 30 minutes before, call the free number on your reservation to let the car park know the exact time of your arrival at the car park (and reserve your spaces on the shuttle bus). ON ARRIVAL: After validating your reservation with the car park staff, you will take the next shuttle bus. The shuttle will drop you off at the terminal departures gate. ON YOUR RETURN: When you have collected your luggage, call the (free) number on your booking to arrange for the shuttle to collect you. The shuttle will be waiting for you at the terminal departure gate or at the meeting point agreed during the call.

An additional charge of €10 per hour will be applied for late arrivals after 00:30.
