Call the car park approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once the booking is made.
During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you.
On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.
After your journey
Call the car park to request the return of your car. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: 20 minutes before, call the toll-free phone number displayed on your Parclick reservation to arrange the arrival time (and meeting point) with the parking staff.
UPON YOUR ARRIVAL: Head to the drop-off area at the departure terminal. You will find the valet at the agreed meeting point. Provide the valet with the number of your Parclick reservation. The valet will ask for the keys to your vehicle and will take it to the parking lot for you.
UPON YOUR RETURN: Once you have retrieved your luggage, call the toll-free number displayed on your Parclick reservation so the valet can return your vehicle to you. The parking staff will bring your vehicle to the exit of the arrival terminal.

Tout s’est bien passé et je remercie les personnes qui nous ont pris en charge. En revanche aucun document d’état des lieux de la voiture, ni de prise en charge. Par sécurité il serait bien de mettre en place un code secret à transmettre par le voiturier.
