IF THE BARRIER DOES NOT OPEN: USE THE QR CODE RECEIVED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL: If the reader does not recognize your license plate, hold the QR code up to the reader. If it still doesn't work, call directly on the intercom. Load your QR code in advance, depending on the network coverage, within the parking lot.
TO EXIT: Approach the barrier. The license plate reader will recognize your vehicle, and the barrier will open automatically without having to press any button. If the license plate reading does not work, scan the QR code at the exit terminal.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: If the parking lot has pedestrian access, open the door or barrier with the code or QR CODE available in your reservation.
The reservation always allows for multiple entries and exits.

Eine Katastrophe. Ich mit mit der Kennzeichenerkennung und QR-Code nicht ins Parkhaus gekommen. Stau Hinterland mir. Musste ein Ticket ziehen. Im Parkhaus war ein freundlicher Angestellter, wenn ich wieder raus will wird er das regeln. Hat er auch gemacht
