Before your journey
The entrance to the parking lot is done through the reading of the vehicle's license plate. Do not use the Telepass lanes at the entrance to the parking. If you have the device, please isolate it to prevent it from being read by the dedicated sensors. All detailed instructions are inside the email you will receive as confirmation of your reservation.
After your journey
In case of parking exceeding 3 hours beyond the reservation made on the Parclick website, it is possible to pay for the additional time at the automatic payment machines within the parking lot or by using a card at the exit columns, using the ticket collected at the entrance.

The parking lot is delimited by barriers at the entrance and exit. It is possible to contact customer assistance by pressing the appropriate button on all the automatic payment machines and entry/exit columns of the parking lot.
