THIS SERVICE INCLUDES A ONE-WAY TICKET FROM THE CAR PARK TO VENICE.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: If you want to schedule the taxi, please provide the booking number, your destination, and the arrival time by sending a WhatsApp message (the number will be provided at the time of booking) by 6:00 PM the day before. If you don't communicate the arrival time, it's not a problem: we will call the taxi upon your arrival, and the waiting times may vary depending on the demand of the day.

ON ARRIVAL: park your car, go to the infopoint, and show your booking by communicating your destination. If you haven't confirmed your arrival time by the day before, the staff member will call the taxi, which will arrive as soon as possible to take you and the people you're traveling with to your destination. The private water taxi (up to 6 people + luggage) will allow you to reach your hotel, B&B, restaurant, etc., in any area of Venice (San Marco, Zattere, Giardini, Giudecca, Lido Santa Maria Elisabetta, etc.) and its islands.

ON YOUR RETURN: Upon your arrival at the infopoint, you can inform the attendant about your chosen return method from Venice, which includes either a taxi ride back to the parking lot from a location of your choice, costing 150 euros, or a return with the Rosa Line ferry from Fondamente Nove, costing 8 euros per person (children up to 8 years old travel for free). Depending on the chosen return method, proceed to the designated point for the return. Return to the parking lot and retrieve your car.
