Instructions

Before your journey

If you need assistance, contact the Parking Infopoint using the intercom available at every entry terminal and provide the external booking ID. You will find it on your voucher, just above the car park name.<br> Once inside Marco Polo Airport, follow the signs for Park P3.<br> 1. Proceed to the Park P3 entrance even if the display or traffic light indicates “Car Park Full”. Remember NOT to use the Telepass lane, if available.<br> 2. Your vehicle registration number will be read automatically by the cameras at the entrance barrier. DO NOT press any buttons. 3. Wait a few seconds for the camera to read your registration number and recognise your booking. 4. The barrier will open automatically. You can enter the car park from 3 hours before to 3 hours after the entry time indicated when booking, but the exit time shown on your voucher must be observed.

After your journey

Insert the ticket collected at the entrance into the machine.

Extra services (not included in the price)

If you stay beyond the booked date or time, you can pay for the additional parking time at the automatic payment machines located in the terminal, or at the exit barriers using a credit or debit card.
