Where to park in Maestranza
The Maestranza of Seville is one of the most famous plazas of bulls in all of Spain. It is located in the famous Paseo de Colón, specifically in number 12. This well-known street extends from the Golden Tower to the Triana Bridge, consistently following the shores of the Guadalquivir River.
Parking in Seville can seem complicated. In the first place, you need to know that, in a city marked by touristic character, there is a constant influx of vehicles. This traffic, obviously, makes it hard to find street parking. Parking in these tourism zones of interest is also difficult and if you want to access the iconic old town, the best thing to do is leave your car in a secure car park to avoid the tedious number of narrow and pedestrian streets in the city.
To visit Seville and to enjoy its grandeur, the best option is to park in one of the parking decks that Parclick puts at your disposal. Reserving your parking spot with Parclick is a fabulous idea to get to know the Maestranza, or any of the other historic monuments in the Andalusian capital. In the Parclick map, you can see some of the monitored car parks closest to the plaza of the bulls of Seville.

The Bullfighter Cathedral
The Maestranza of Seville is the plaza of the bulls of the city, one of the most prestigious in the entire world. Its real name is “Plaza de Toros de la Real Maestranza de Caballería de Sevilla,” and it received the nickname, “Bullfighter Cathedral” many years ago.
The pivotal point of affluence of this plaza of bulls in Seville was during the Feria de Abril, when the most bullfighters in the world participate in a prestigious march. The Maestranza was built out of wood in 1733. It is one of the oldest plazas of the bulls in Spain. It is usually said to be the prettiest due to the design and architecture, with the bullfighters presiding at the entrance. The arena of the plaza covers almost 13,000 shops and, despite what it seems, is in an oval shape rather than being totally circular. Surrounding it all is the Paseo de Colón, where you can visit the numerous statues dedicated to bullfighters that are important and interesting monuments at the entrance of the Maestranza.
