HOW IT WORKS: This is a valet parking service. Drive to the drop-off point at the address indicated on your reservation and the valet company staff will take charge of your vehicle, taking it to be parked in their guarded car park in the outskirts of Amsterdam, where it will remain until you ask for it to be returned. Remember! This is just the meeting point where the driver will collect your vehicle :) We realise finding parking near Rembrandt House Museum can be difficult so, to help you avoid any trouble trying to find a parking space in this busy area, we want to help with our valet service. You can opt for a 6-hour or 12-hour stay or, alternatively, a full day, for as many as 30 days. So, if you’re only passing through, here for the day or coming for a longer holiday, we are here to make the journey run smoothly! Simply, drive straight to the Rembrandthuis (Dutch name) and a professional driver will take your car to a safe and secure, guarded car park just outside of the city centre. Parking in the middle of Amsterdam has never been so easy! When the famous Dutch painter Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn reached the peak of his career, he was living in this house just off Waterlooplein. It has been restored to its 17th century glory so you can catch a glimpse of where all the magic happened. There is a good selection of his paintings and etchings to admire as well as a rotation of exhibitions from contemporary artists who have been inspired by his work. Come along and lose yourself in the past, learn about his craft and see how he lived and worked. It’s simple really! Seeing as we’re in the mood for the finer things in life, we think it would be a good idea to pop round the corner to Gassan Diamonds. Contributing to Amsterdam’s nickname - The City of Diamonds - prepare to be ‘star-struck’ by these brilliant little stones and grasp the opportunity to see how they are cut into becoming a girl’s best friend! This is a Valet parking service. ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: 1. Please call the vehicle collection service 30 minutes before you arrive at the meeting point (the telephone number is indicated on your reservation). 2. A professional driver will be waiting for you at that address, ready to pick up your vehicle and take it to their guarded car park in the outskirts of Amsterdam. Keep your Parclick reservation with you! 3. To guarantee the quality of the service, when you hand over your car they will do a quick inspection and write down any observations about its condition. Keep this document with you, it will be your receipt when they return the vehicle to you. WHEN YOU RETURN: 1. Please call the car park 2 hours before you need to have your vehicle returned. 2. The car park staff will bring it back to where they picked it up. If you would like them to bring it somewhere else or at a different time to that on your reservation, please consult the terms and conditions on our website. 3. Please bear in mind that the driver will only be able to wait at the meeting point for a maximum of 10 minutes after the agreed time.
