Instructions

Before your journey

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 5 minutes

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

Location of the customer service booth: You will have to drive down the ramp and on the left you will find a keypad where you have to press and indicate that you are coming to the car park and the operators will open it for you. You will enter the car park inside the Vilamarina shopping centre and you will have to get to the south side of the car park on floor -1. In front of the car wash you will find the apark.me reception. Go to the reception with your Parclick booking and hand over your keys. Please arrive at the car park in good time. Please note that the check-in process, from the moment you park, your booking is checked and you take the bus to the airport, takes approximately 5 minutes. <br><br> From there you will take the shuttle bus to the terminal of your choice.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.
