As you approach the airport, contact the valet 30 minutes before your arrival. The number is shown on your booking confirmation. The FlyPark valet will confirm his presence on site by SMS to welcome you. The meeting point is the airport's drop-off zone (near the car rental agencies). After the vehicle inspection (photos), leave your keys with the valet... and head to your boarding gate. The valet will park your vehicle at the FlyPark car park, a few minutes from the airport.

Call the car park approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once the booking is made.

During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you.

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

After your journey

Call the car park to request the return of your car. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

On the day of your return, contact the valet after collecting your luggage, and your vehicle will be brought back to the airport, at the same spot where you dropped it off.

Additional info

A €30 surcharge applies to vehicles over 5 m. Any arrival or departure between 9pm and 7am, or on a public holiday, will incur a €10 surcharge (night rate), as will bookings made less than 2 hours before their start time (last-minute booking). This surcharge will be €20 for pick-ups between midnight and 4am. A €8 surcharge per 30-minute increment of delay beyond the time stated on the booking will apply after the first half hour. Any additional day of parking will be charged at €12. These surcharges are payable to the valet. Additional services are available: battery charging for electric vehicles, vehicle cleaning (quoted based on the vehicle)... see the options on the platform or ask the valet.
