Instructions

On the date of your booking, enter the car park as usual with your vehicle, collect your ticket at the entrance and park in any free space. Once you have got out of your car, go to the control booth with your Parclick voucher and the ticket you have collected. There our staff will check your booking using your booking locator and give you the card that will allow you multiple entries and exits. If there is no staff at the control booth, don't worry: Use the intercom located at the ATM or at the exit barrier to contact our Remote Service Centre and follow the same process described above.
