Parking in Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC)

Alicante-Elche Airport is located between the two cities that give its name and is commonly known as El Altet. It is the fifth busiest airport in Spain and year after year and it always ends up among the 50 airports, with the most passengers passing by every year. It has two Terminals, T1 and T2 and stands out above all for serving most of the Levante (East).

This airport offers a variety of direct destinations and very practical connections to most of the European capitals. Although a project is underway, Alicante-Elche Airport cannot be reached by public transport. It is currently developing a tram or commuter line system, in order to connect the two surrounding cities. But for now, you only have two options: either to take a taxi or drive there.

There will be many who will not a taxi and instead, ask a friend or family member to take them to the airport. Whether you are taking someone to the airport or taking someone back from the airport, what we do know is that you will have to leave your car somewhere! If you are waiting for a friend to leave or if the flight is delayed, you will want to have your car safely parked and avoid the risk of being fined.
