Where to park in Balduina

Balduina is a district of Rome, which is in fact the highest, located between the Pineto Regional Park and Monte Mario which has its own nature reserve. It’s the perfect area to stay in if you are passing through Rome because of the tranquil nature of it, but in addition to a hotel room…do not forget to book your parking space! Find the right parking space in Balduina for you with Parclick now, book it and park it as soon as you arrive in town! Balduina is located in the north-west suburbs of Rome and is therefore excluded from the limited traffic area of the city meaning that the traffic is certainly quieter there. However, the same cannot be said about the free parking lots, which are certainly limited in numbers, there are just about enough to meet the demand of the residents themselves and people can often go "wild" for these spaces. For this reason, Parclick recommends that you book your parking in Balduina in advance to avoid the madness and so you can book at the best prices, so you can get the most out of your trip to Rome. Once you leave your car you can walk around the neighbourhood, or move to the city centre with public bus lines 913 and 990. Balduina also has the Rome Balduina Station, which is located along the Rome-Capranica-Viterbo railway, which also acts as an urban railway service within the city, integrating with the subway and other surface transportation.

A great neighbourhood to live in

As it’s not a central area, in Balduina there are no great historical monuments or ancient ruins, but for this reason the atmosphere in this area is much more quiet and relaxed than in the crowded old town. Walking through its streets you’ll come across different workshops and artisan shops, you can really experience the life of this neighbourhood and walk in the large green areas that surround Balduina. Moving along Monte Mario you can also find several places of interest, such as the Church of Santa Maria del Rosario, Piazzale Socrates, a panoramic balcony from which to observe the centre of Rome, and inside the Rome Observatory with the Copernican Astronomical Museum. If you want to visit Rome and its centre but you want to stay in an area that is not too chaotic and is a bit calmer, Balduina is the right place for you! Book your parking space with Parclick and you can head to this beautiful and millennial city sooner rather than later!
