You can go to Oxville Cinema for films and for performances at theatre and cultural centre de Meervaart, which sometimes also hosts conferences. For children, there is youth theatre school Meervaart Jong and for young people Meervaart Studio, where they can discover and develop their creative talents. Nature lovers can also have a great time in this neighbourhood. Although the Rembrandtpark and De Nieuwe Meer are also in Nieuw-West, the proximity of the Sloterplas is surely the most attractive piece of nature at ParkBee Osdorpplein.
