HOW IT WORKS: This is a valet parking service. Drive to the drop-off point at the address indicated on your reservation and the valet company staff will take charge of your vehicle, taking it to be parked in their guarded car park in the outskirts of Amsterdam, where it will remain until you ask for it to be returned.
Remember! This is just the meeting point where the driver will collect your vehicle :)
We realise finding parking near Eye Film Museum can be difficult so, to help you avoid any trouble trying to find a parking space in this busy area, we recommend our valet service. You can opt for a 6-hour or 12-hour stay or, alternatively, a full day, for as many as 30 days. So, whether you are here for a short visit, a slightly longer visit or a… long visit, we are here to give you a little kickstart! Simply, drive straight to the Eye Filmmuseum and an experienced driver will take care your car away to a safe and secure, guarded car park just outside the city centre. Parking in Amsterdam just became oh so simple!
A fairly recent addition to the Amsterdam scene, the Eye opened in 2012 with the aim of opening our eyes to the world of film. The programme includes a wide selection of all the classics, shown along with lots of independent new releases, experimental films and even a few big Hollywood productions. Although, they tend to be more on the edgy side. They also have an enormous archive of films so, if you want to go on your own solo journey through the history of cinema, you can. They have specially designed digital booths where you can hide away and do some exploring!
Once you have emerged from the depths of time, the best way to cap it all off would be to go get some fresh air in those lungs. This waterside beauty has a café looking out over the IJ river, where you can bathe in sunlight for practically the entire day :)
The museum’s next door neighbour is the A’DAM Toren, a 22-floor tower filled with all sorts of goodies. There is a hotel, some bars and restaurant - one of which spins around! - a nightclub and at the very top is the A’DAM Lookout, an observation deck with stunning 360 degree, panoramic views out over the city! For some more fun, it’s probably best to jump on the ferry, which is right there, towards Central Station, just the other side of the water. From here you can choose to walk up the riverbank to the Comedy Café Amsterdam or hop onto a different ferry and head to NDSM Eiland, one of Amsterdam’s most up and coming areas.
Make your life easier and let us do the parking while you enter cinematic bliss!
