Drive to the drop-off point at the address indicated on your reservation and the valet company staff will take charge of your vehicle, taking it to be parked in their guarded car park in the outskirts of Amsterdam, where it will remain until you ask for it to be returned. Remember! This is just the meeting point where the driver will collect your vehicle :) Quick and easy valet service for visitors of the area & hotel guests from the Hotel Dikker & Thijs that won’t burn a hole in your pocket! Creative solutions for parking are more than welcome in a city like Amsterdam as there are a few pitfalls to be aware of when it comes to parking in the city centre. The streets are narrow, there are bicycles everywhere and hourly rates are astronomical. This all come together to make things rather difficult for you – and your car. That’s why valet parking is becoming more and more attractive. You simply drive to the Hotel Dikker & Thijs at 440 Prinsengracht at the agreed time, where an experienced driver will be waiting to take your car off your hands. Then you can calmly go about your business while it is driven off to a secure car park. When the time comes, you pick it up at the agreed location. If you would like to learn more about Amsterdam’s rich cultural scene, you’re definitely in the right district: around Leidseplein (Leidse square). You can check out the Stadsschouwburg, Theater Bellevue, Jeugdtheater De Krakeling or DeLaMar Theater. Additionally, there’s always something going on in Melkweg and in Paradiso if you feel like going to a concert or event. Leidse square’s nightlife is not to be ignored either. This is a Valet parking service. ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: 1. Please call the vehicle collection service 30 minutes before you arrive at the meeting point (the telephone number is indicated on your reservation). 2. A professional driver will be waiting for you at that address, ready to pick up your vehicle and take it to their guarded car park in the outskirts of Amsterdam. Keep your Parclick reservation with you! 3. To guarantee the quality of the service, when you hand over your car they will do a quick inspection and write down any observations about its condition. Keep this document with you, it will be your receipt when they return the vehicle to you. WHEN YOU RETURN: 1. Please call the car park 2 hours before you need to have your vehicle returned. 2. The car park staff will bring it back to where they picked it up. If you would like them to bring it somewhere else or at a different time to that on your reservation, please consult the terms and conditions on our website. 3. Please bear in mind that the driver will only be able to wait at the meeting point for a maximum of 10 minutes after the agreed time.
