HOW IT WORKS: This is a valet parking service. Drive to the pick-up point at the address indicated on your booking and the valet parking company staff will pick up your vehicle and take it to a nearby public car park in Amsterdam, where it will remain until you request for it to be returned.
And remember! This is just the meeting point with the driver who will pick up your vehicle :)
Visitors, locals & hotel guests; Attention theatre and entertainment lovers! You’re about to visit one of the most lively and famous areas of the capital. Leidseplein, also known as Leidse Square is full of theatres, concert & entertainment halls, nightclubs, shops and other attractions!
We think we’re off to a pretty good start but there’s more where that came from.
Trying to find a parking space in this central area can be a tough task. The narrow streets, bicycles everywhere and sky-high hourly charges all come together to make things rather difficult for you – and your car. But as we all know, to every problem there is a solution: our valet service.
It’s very easy to use. Drive straight to the Boutique Hotel View on Leidsekade 77 where a professional driver will be waiting to take your car off your hands and away to a comfortable, cost effective and safe car park just outside the city centre.
To help you on your way, we’d love to share some ideas with you.
You can check out the programmes of Theatre Bellevue, Theatre DeLaMar, Melkweg or Paradiso if you feel like going to a show, concert or event.
There are also plenty of bars, restaurants and night clubs on and around Leidse Square & Leidsestraat if you’re up for a cosy dinner or a long night. Some of the most popular clubs around here are the Chicago Social, Jimmy Woo, CoolDown Café and Bubbels. And if you feel like it, you can pay a visit to Holland Casino Amsterdam, which is a 5-minute walk from the drop-off point.
The other main attractions in this neighbourhood are: Stadsschouwburg, Het Pijpenkabinet, Huis Marseille (Museum for photography), The Apple Store and Bulldog.
◊ Move around
Anyone who has ever tried to make his/her way through the centre of Amsterdam knows it: cyclists rule! But luckily Amsterdam offers an excellent public transport system, which includes trains, trams, metros, buses and ferries. The closest tram station is Leidseplein, from where you can move onto almost all directions » Centraal Station (tram 5, 2, 1 etc) or the other way to, for example, Museumplein (tram 2), Flevopark (tram 7), or Westergasfabriek (tram 10) and more.
» To get here
The drop-off point itself is quite easy to reach, but don’t get caught circling around in this area. From the A10, it’s easiest to take the S106 to Koekjesbrug in Amsterdam-West. And then take Marnixstraat to Leidsekade in ‘Centrum’.
Pre-book your parking spot and save yourself time and money. That’s what we call easy-going!
