Before your journey

When you arrive at the car park, to enter, entry.method.aena

To access the VIP area; after passing the first barrier into the car park, make your way to one of the VIP zones (C or D), marked by a blue lane at its entrance. Insert your ticket at the second barrier and the machine will issue a new ticket with the information for the VIP area. If, when you arrive, the number plate recognition system doesn't recognise your car and fails to give you a ticket automatically, just press the button, take a normal ticket and go to the office with your Parclick reservation once you are inside. This pass is valid for parking in areas C, D of P4 car park.

After your journey

Go to the control booth (or ATM) to validate the ticket that you got at the entrance. Location of the customer service booth: follow the Parking signs in Terminal 4, the pay booths are in the central part of the walkway which leads to the different areas of the car park. Only in case you have exceeded the time of your booking you will have to cover the difference in price in the car park. Then, drive towards the exit with your vehicle and use this ticket to open the barrier.
