Before your journey

BEFORE YOUR TRIP After completing your booking with Parclick, you will need to call the car park to reserve a place on the shuttle bus that will take you from the car park to the airport. The telephone number of the car park will be provided once you have made your booking. On arrival check-in at the Reception and follow their instructions. Transfer Hotel to Airport T4 For your safety and peace of mind the departures from the Hotel to the Airport are scheduled, please call the car park and indicate the time that suits you best and they will reserve your seats: 03:30, 04:15, 05:00, 05:45, 06:30, 07:00, 07:45, 08:30, 09:15, 10:00 and thereafter every hour on the hour. If you arrive late you will be taken on the next available one. Likewise, as the Airport-Hotel transfers are on demand, it is possible that they can take you to the airport at any other time.

After completing your booking with Parclick, you must call the car park to reserve a space on the bus which will take you from the car park to the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

Important The free transfer to T4 is limited to 5 persons per vehicle, charges will apply for each extra person. The transfer includes the transfer, per passenger, of 2 IATA standard size suitcases, if you bring supplementary or non-standard IATA luggage additional charges will apply. If your vehicle is larger than 5m x 2.5m you will need to reserve 2 parking spaces.
