On the day of your flight, go to your flight terminal and call the number on your voucher 20 minutes in advance so that the driver can pick up your vehicle. Remember that you will have to leave the keys. Before your journey

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: on the day of your booking, call 20 minutes before your arrival to the number on the voucher indicating your number plate or Parclick booking. The driver will be waiting for you at the terminal wearing a reflective waistcoat and will have a receipt to give you for your peace of mind.

Call the car park approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once the booking is made.

During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you.

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

After your journey

Call the car park to request the return of your car. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

ON YOUR RETURN: after collecting your luggage, you must call the same telephone number to notify your arrival and the subsequent delivery of your car at the agreed point.

Extra services (not included in the price)

For bookings outside the hours of 7:00 am to 22:00 pm will be charged a supplement of 10€ for the service. For bookings between 00:30 am and 3:30 am there will be an additional charge of €10 as a night-time surcharge. If you exceed the time of your booking, you will have to pay the excess time according to the car park tariff. Late arrivals after 3 hours will incur an additional charge of 10€ which can be paid to the driver by card or cash.
