ON YOUR DEPARTURE: Stop in front of the barrier. The licence plate reader will recognise your vehicle just as it did when you arrived at the parking, without any action required on your part. If the reader does not recognise your vehicle, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Use the intercom at the pedestrian entrance door and follow the instructions from the staff. If the intercom does not work, call the number provided in your booking.
ATTENTION: You may access the parking up to one hour before the scheduled time in your booking. If you try to enter the parking outside this one-hour window, the barrier will not open.
