Before your journey

20 MIN before arriving, please CALL one of the telephone numbers on the voucher. The staff will INDICATE the EXACT POINT of the DEPARTURE TERMINAL where the vehicle will be collected. 1. At the indicated point, one of the drivers (wearing a dark green vest with the Don Parking screen print) will begin the VEHICLE CHECK-IN: • An AUDIT is carried out (exterior) where, in addition and if you wish, you can record valuable objects (interior). • Both parties SIGN THE CONTRACT. Your copy will be sent to the email address you have indicated. You must consult the legal text, in advance, in the “General Conditions” section of the website www.donparking.com. • Before leaving, our driver will remind you of the collection process.

Call the car park approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once the booking is made.

During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you.

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

After your journey

Call the car park to request the return of your car. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.
