ON ARRIVAL: enter the car park.
TO OPEN THE BARRIER: take the ticket. Park in any free space. Go to the control booth with your Parclick reservation and the ticket. To enter the car park when it is closed: enter the code provided on the voucher on the keypad and the gate will open.
TO EXIT: the number plate reader will recognise your vehicle. In the event of an incident, call the intercom and provide your booking details.
IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRY AND EXIT: follow the same procedure as above to exit.
